Directions

To find us from the WVU Medicine/WVU Health Sciences Campus main roadway or J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital parking lot (1 Medical Center Dr., Morgantown, WV):

  1. Follow the overhead signs to the Upper Campus.
  2. Travel through a roundabout/circular intersection.
  3. Exit the roundabout/continue toward the Upper Campus and WVU Medicine Emergency Department.
  4. Retrieve a free one-day pass from the parking attendant (if present) and continue to the upper Health Sciences Center parking lot.
  5. Pass the entry to the Emergency Department, followed by the entry to the WVU Cancer Institute.
  6. The WVU Dental clinics entry is located to the left of the small courtyard, next to the WVU Cancer Institute Betty Puskar Breast Care Center.
  7. Free patient parking is in the adjacent lot. Parking spaces are first come, first served. If parking is unavailable in the upper lot, patients may park in the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital/Physician Office Center lots accessible via Medical Center Drive. To access “car to curb” shuttle service in these lots, call our parking ambassadors at 304-598-4444 upon your arrival and departure.
  8. As you approach the Health Sciences Center, follow signage for HSC-North and WVU Dental Clinics.

Patient Parking

Free parking is available for patients in the Health Sciences Center Upper Campus lot and J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital/Physician Office Center lots accessible via the directions above. To access “car to curb” shuttle service in these lots, call our parking ambassadors at 304-598-4444 upon your arrival and departure.

Additional short-term, paid parking is available at the Mountaineer Station garage located at 1112 Van Voorhis Road, Morgantown. A covered walkway leads to the WVU Health Sciences Center and WVU Dental clinics.

Parking on the WVU Health Sciences Campus is first come, first served.
